perfect shape. Keith was right on time and immediately put my two joined at
the hip pasture buddies at ease. The trip could not have possibly gone any
better. Thanks for setting up the overnight stays at Eagle Creek in
Lexington and Flying J in Topeka. The boys had a good time rolling in the
mud at both places. The owners at each place were there to meet us and had
fresh water and hay ready. My husband and I had a wonderful time following
our horses. It was loads of fun being with them on our trip out to our new
home in Colorado. I have never had horses hauled before and was a little
nervous but there was no need to be anxious. The younger guy was a little
antsy but Keith moved his buddy up to the center box stall and all was well.
They traveled great and I am glad we made the two stops. You both are
excellent horse people and consumate professionals whose primary concern is
the safety and comfort of the horses. When the boys stepped off the van in
Colorado it was like they had just taken a short ride around the block.
Again, thanks so very much. I could not have imagined that this trip could

Hello Stacy,
I want to let you know just how pleased I am with your company. Your response to my inquiry was very prompt. I was happy to hear that you only transport a few horses at a time within matted box stalls, you have air ride equipment, and you have a camera in the trailer to monitor the horses.
Every question I asked you was answered to my satisfaction, especially that you’d have hay and water available at all times, stalls kept clean, frequent stops to check on my mare, and time for my mare to rest at night. I would be able to contact Keith, the driver and owner, whenever I wanted to, and he would keep in touch with me on a regular basis. The trip itself would be as direct as possible so my mare would be home in a timely fashion. I had a very good feeling about everything you presented and your price was very reasonable for such personal service.
My mare’s transport went perfectly. You even impressed the breeder in WI where my mare was staying. She told me Keith was very nice and that he had a truck and trailer in good order with clean stalls inside. She was assured that my mare would have a comfortable and safe ride home in Keith’s care.
Keith kept in touch with me just before he picked up my mare, right after she was loaded, and then mornings and evenings. He let me know how my horse was doing, where they were located at the time, how much my mare was eating and drinking, and what arrangement she’d have for resting during the night. The trip took a couple of days and I was confident the entire time that my mare was in good hands.
When Keith arrived here in CT my mare came right off the truck without any fuss, and I could tell that she was quite taken with Keith. She settled right in without any signs of stress or fatigue. I can’t tell you how happy I am that she was so relaxed. Keith obviously has a wonderful way with horses. He attended to my mare’s every need, and the trailer smelled fresh so I know he kept it clean during the trip. I found Keith to be very friendly and professional, a true southern gentleman. I feel like a member of my family has brought my mare back home.
In these times of not knowing who to trust with your beloved horses, and with bad transport stories out there, it was wonderful to have peace of mind knowing that Keith was looking after my mare and bringing her home safely. He even called me the next day to check up on her to see how she was doing. Gosh, who else does that?
I will highly recommend you to everyone I know who has horses, and I will not hesitate to call you again for my horse transporting needs. Your company deserves 5 stars for your excellent customer service and individual attention to every horse on board. Your mission statement is right on the money………”It’s always about the horse, every time, everyday, without fail, absolutely no exceptions”. You not only took care of any concerns I had, but you took excellent care of my horse during her long journey. You lived up to every word and every promise.
You truly care about horses and what you do, and for that I thank you so much.

We will never consider letting anyone else provide the transportation for any horse that we have to have shipped to us in the future. As soon as my husband finds a haflinger for him, I will be giving you a call.

Hi Stacy and Keith, (PRORIDE)
Wow. You two are so professional. It is rare in today’s business climate (let alone the horse business scene) to come across such responsible, honest, caring, and proficient business pro’s. We have only been entrepreneurs for our career’s (30 years) and appreciate your standards of excellence. From the time we contacted you for transportation needs from Tin-buck-tu Wisconsin (not really) to delivery at Boulder, Colorado (2 weeks in all) your services were impeccable. It is no wonder you are booked with repeat customers. We would only use YOUR services if the occasion arises in the future. Plus your fees were highly competitive. The other companies wanted to gouge us for the job– some even double your fee. What are they thinking in this economic environment?
This was the first time we have ran into such difficult transportation circumstances with this expensive horse due to the remote location and logistics. I had contacted many other transport companies prior to contacting you. With such frustrating news from those companies, I was almost going to say forget it with the purchase of this horse. I have searched for nearly two years for my next horse “Divine” so you can imagine my relief when you handled this circumstance with such ease.
Keith called me regularly by cell from the time of pickup to the time of delivery (21 hours- two days). He could watch Divine and the other horses in their individual, roomy stalls from his cab with the camera in the trailer. What a nice 5 star rig. I was happy that the three horses had the opportunity to disembark from the trailer every 4 hours to stretch. Keith treated my horse “D” so well that by the time he drove out of our property “D” actually whinnied for him, ran after him along the driveway and then for hours afterward. Keith is truly a horse whisperer handler. The former owner of “D” told me that one of the problems with “D” was trailering/transporting. I was very concerned that “D” would arrive as healthy as I had last seen him in WI. Keith worked some kind of magic for “D” to eat and drink, with no physical problems during or after transportation.
After the trip, Keith called me the next day as he was leaving the other 2 transported horses from Edwards, Colorado. He just wanted to know how “D” was doing the day after arriving. Again– Wow. Who does that anymore? Most businesses treat their customers like a used car dealer does. Most companies treat you like a queen before they get the cash and then they don’t know you anymore after money is in hand.
We truly appreciate the care you rendered our new family member– my Level 4 Dressage horse. If you ever need a place to park the horses or Keith to stay in the guest house while in transit, please know you are welcome at our facilities/ranch. We have never offered this to anyone before. Keith is a true horseman and knows his business.
